Pastor Joel and Open Door Baptist Church in Kent, WA have lead the Biblical charge of “Preaching the Gospel to every creature.” Their heartbeat has been to share the easily understood message of Salvation through the shed blood of Christ. On Saturdays you can find the ODBC family meeting for a time of Bible study and prayer, then they hit the streets. They literally have covered the entire region with the door-to-door message of Forgiveness through the shed blood of Christ.

RESTAURANT EVANGELISM
We love to eat at restaurants! When the service is great and the food is delish, we are comforted. Many times we stop by a good Olive Garden, Applebee’s or even a IHOP after church. At the end of our time there at the table, we grumble as we pay the tab, yet we are always sure to tip 10% or better. (Unless your my neighbor in Seattle who believes that ZERO is fine. whoah!)
WHERE DO I PLACE THAT GOSPEL TRACT? Yes, We feel that God would have us share the Gospel and it is true. Matthew 28:19,20; Mark 16:15 and more! Should I leave a CHIC tract, a fake $1million dollar bill, a cutesy or a hell-fire-and-damnation sermon. One Wood’s Coffee employee says, “We get those lying around all the time.” Outback Steakhouse said, “I’ve seen them all, believe you me!” One Denny’s employee added…. “and usually with the worse tip ever.” sorry guys.
