Welcome to Your Community Resource Page. As a Seattle Resource Chaplain – my goal has always been to provide for the needs of my neighbors in Seattle. Mrs. Alice and I have been focused on the exact area that we live and help.
I am so grateful for a clean shower
The job was to repair plumbing and the mess was awful. Now at the end of the work day, I must wash up. There is my soap and sink and in seconds all is clean. What about camping? You have to plan in advance to bring SOAP and a bottle of water. I tell you, when I’m not cleaned up, it messes with my head.
When I don’t clean up, it messes with my head.

The street folks are there. What now? Here is an idea… Help them up.
They want what we want in the area of this one item, they want to clean up too. Not like a doctor before open heart surgery; but clean none the less. So how can we help?
Can You Pass The Soap?
There is a location in downtown Seattle where you can get a free shower. It’s like a great shower at a KOA campground and just as helpful. I stopped by the location near the Space Needle, on Roy St. This facility is open every day, 7 days a week. It is a healthy thing to have available. The team that is there said that they could use a bunch of motel sized soaps. These are great for the moment and enough to go for the next couple of days. A small bar of soap is perfect.

THANKS FOR THE CASE OF SOAP
This same week, a college girl from Sacramento asked how that she can help. Rene offered to pay for the case of small hand soaps and WALLA! We have soap! It is our responsibility to help the poor and needy. Anybody need a ton of verse from the OT and NT to be inspired to do this? I’ll preach the blessings if you need that and I’ll warn you of the judgments against Believers that don’t help. OK, we’re good and ready.
THINK EVANGELISTICALLY – GIVE LOCALLY
May God bless you as you tell God what your needs are and then He will lead other to help you in your daily life. If I can answer any questions about these resource bulletins, please call me.
In Christ’s Care,
Chaplain Aaron & Mrs. Alice
