Welcome to Your Community Resource Page. As a Seattle Resource Chaplain – my goal has always been to provide for the needs of my neighbors in Seattle. Mrs. Alice and I have been focused on the exact area that we live and help.
from our 2009 book, What If I had 30 Day Left To Live…
Hi! Friends and Family… Thank You George for sharing the Gideons!
Today has been busier than ever. Last night people were registering all the way up to 5 in the morning and today we have been renting fools! This is great for our bosses and no sleep for Alice or me. ARGH! But there is a wonderful side to all of this – More people read the Bibles left in the rooms. The standard sized KJV Gideon Bibles are the staple product of motel dweller. They are non-threatening, no agenda, bipartisan, and peaceful in their leisurely dust collecting position right there on the nightstand. After you have seen the same Ben Affleck movie for the 7th time and political documentaries add to your headache, the old standby of reading the Bible seems to be a welcome alternative to the tired traveler. This week is even better.

When a Bible comes missing from a room, Alice and I rejoice! We hope above hope that the person that took the brown, hardbound copy of the Scriptures finds peace for their heart and rest for their spirit. We have had several guests, including the guys in #9 who tonight gladly accepted an additional Bible for their room, they responded gratefully for the message contained in the pages of the familiar book.
Now I need your help. The Gideons deliver to us and they have come to the local churches presenting their ministry. PLEASE GIVE TO THE GIDEONS, I need their continued efforts in Seattle to be the distributor of the Light of the Hope. The Bible.
So as the Gideon Bibles leave the Columbus, it won’t be in vain, ’cause its gonna help the hearts it was meant to heal! Isaiah 55:11
May God bless you as you tell God what your needs are and then He will lead other to help you in your daily life. If I can answer any questions about these resource bulletins, please call me.
In Christ’s Care,
Chaplain Aaron & Mrs. Alice
