Chaplain'S Notes

What is a Chaplain?

What is a Chaplain?
I’m that guy you can call when there is no church near you. That guy that will have coffee with you and listen. A Chaplain is that sort of person that will bring clothes on a cold rainy night, share his gloves with you, give you the wool socks off his feet. Best of all, a Biblical Chaplain will share with you God’s Word, the Bible and show you how much God loves you.
I’m not the only one. There are thousands of Biblical Chaplains that provide help for your life needs and help for your spiritual needs. Biblical Chaplains are in our military, our law enforcement, in our hospitals and in our sports leagues. Yes, there are both men and women serving in every area. We bridge the gap between the church and the life far out of a church’s area of reach.
My role in Capitol Hill has been to walk and work side-by-side with my wife Alice, to meet the life needs and spiritual needs of our neighborhood. We are honored to shared God’s love by meeting needs and sharing the Gospel with all who will receive. It is my privilege to teach new Believer, begin Bible studies, and establish a new Bible teaching Baptist church in this amazing are of Seattle – Capitol Hill.
May God receive all the credit and glory for what is done in Capitol Hill.
