Evangelism Outreach Saturday

📖🌎 Evangelism Outreach Saturday🌎📖

Hello Travelling Friend! If you are travelling through Seattle or living through Seattle, you are our guest. The Lord Jesus Christ has many adventures for you as you walk with God every day. Our hope is that you will find the supplies that you need each and every day. God bless you!

Pastor Joel and Open Door Baptist Church in Kent, WA have lead the Biblical charge of “Preaching the Gospel to every creature.” Their heartbeat has been to share the easily understood message of Salvation through the shed blood of Christ. On Saturdays you can find the ODBC family meeting for a time of Bible study and prayer, then they hit the streets. They literally have covered the entire region with the door-to-door message of Forgiveness through the shed blood of Christ.

Grab your Bible, grab your notepad and get ready to prepare your heart for this week’s message.

Thank you for joining Pastor Joel and the Open Door Baptist Church, Kent, WA. Today was a very encouraging message on the topic of Personal Evangelism. This is a heart attitude of acknowledging your sin and turning to Christ.

I look forward to reading God’s Word more and more every day.

Evangelizing the Yard Sale 🏡📖 Yard sales are everywhere and are a favorite destination for “Sally Shoppers,” but they can also provide a wonderful opportunity to be a blessing. 🙏 Go yard selling with prayer. Prayer comes first. We are not arriving with a spiritual bullhorn, but asking the Spirit of God to direct the conversation and give it eternal value. 🛍️ Respect their business and interests. A yard sale is their little retail store for the day. Notice what interests them, respect what they are trying to accomplish, and look for a natural connection. Paul said,

“I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.” 1 Corinthians 9:22

😊 Be winsome. Scripture reminds us, “And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient.” 2 Timothy 2:24 We are looking for a pleasant introduction to God’s Word, not an interruption. Listen, visit, and see whether the Lord opens the conversation further. The person holding the yard sale may even be your neighbor. A gracious encounter can seed the gospel, nurture the gospel, or open an opportunity to lead someone to Christ. The goal is not merely to deliver a message and disappear, but to leave behind the fragrance of Christian kindness and an open door for another conversation.

May God bless you as you tell God what your needs are and then He will lead other to help you in your daily life. If I can answer any questions about these resource bulletins, please call me.
