Community Resource Page: Breakfast 🍔Lunch 🥤 Dinner 🍽️ Resources – Thursday – SEATTLE & EVERETT

You have been giving or receiving all year long. This is done with an attitude of thanks to the Lord and to the folks that we meet. This was great…. Now, WELCOME TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

👩‍🍳PLEASE WELCOME THE QUARTERMASTER!!!👩‍🍳

The US Army, US Navy, and US Marines have a book of recipes called the Quartermaster’s Cookbook. It’s a small compilation of 2k+ recipes of how to plan for 100 servings of any and everything.

Her epic meal preparation was known for over a decade. This included providing meals for everyone who joined the Gold Country AWANA program every Wednesday evening. This was a compilation of cooking gear, serving materials, and plates, and everything was ready in advance. Then there were the surprising meals that were so wonderful that a buffet restaurant would be jealous.

🍝 Title: SPAGHETTI RETURNS — Il Vangelo con Polpette!
“Spaghetti Ritorna!”The Return of the Sauce!

🍅 Three Spirited Steps for SPAGHETTI RITORNA!

🥄 Step 1: Invite with Zest — A Table That Echoes Heaven

Use fun posters or cards with phrases like:
“Spaghetti Ritorna! Come hungry. Leave joyful.”
“Meatballs & Mercy—Tonight’s Special.”
Serve with Italian flag colors and maybe a little opera music for flair! 🎶

🍽️ Step 2: Serve with Soul — Heaping Plates, Overflowing Grace

  • Spaghetti noodles tossed in marinara 🍝
  • Tender meatballs (polpette) seasoned like a testimony 🧄🌿
  • Garlic bread on the side (because the Gospel is meant to be soaked up) 🥖
  • Parmesan cheese like grace—freely given 🧀
Print Scripture on napkins or table tents—maybe Luke 15 (The Prodigal Son returns! Perfect match!)
We have a chapter from the Book of John below. The love of Christ!

📖 Step 3: Share the Gospel Boldly — Sauce with a Story

“Just like spaghetti needs sauce and meatballs, we need truth and love—together.”
Double up on paper plates for sturdy delivery.
Hand out a mini card with John 3:16 and this line:
“God’s love is like this plate—generous, warm, and waiting for YOU.”

Yes – I use GASBUDDY.com

CHEAP GAS is in the odd places. Get gas outside of Seattle. Best prices are either in Fife at the 7-11 on 3309 Pacific Hwy E. If your looking for a great deal north of Seattle, $3.25 at the Tulalip Market 2832 116th Ave NE, near Marysville. Be a good planner and it will pay off. If you are from Seattle, remember that Longview, TEXAS has gas for $1.59 We have high sales taxes! GRRRrrrr!
NO – they do not sponsor us. Always a ministry; never monetized.
