The US Army, US Navy, and US Marines have a book of recipes called the Quartermaster’s Cookbook. It’s a small compilation of 2k+ recipes of how to plan for 100 servings of any and everything.
Her epic meal preparation was known for over a decade. This included providing meals for everyone who joined the Gold Country AWANA program every Wednesday evening. This was a compilation of cooking gear, serving materials, and plates, and everything was ready in advance. Then there were the surprising meals that were so wonderful that a buffet restaurant would be jealous.

Tacos are a miracle of portability and punch. They’re humble, handheld, and HEAVENLY. You don’t need silverware to feel loved—just a tortilla and a willing heart. Every taco is a sermon of hope: seasoned with grace, layered with purpose, folded in love. When we serve tacos to 100 souls, we’re not just feeding bellies—we’re building trust, creating community, and planting seeds of joy. Let’s make it crunchy and eternal! 😇🌽❤️
🍳 Step 2: Prep with Purpose—Heaven’s Kitchen in Action
Here’s how it’s done, taco-style:
- Tortillas 🌾 warmed with patience.
- Meat or beans 🫘 seasoned with love and just enough spice to wake the Spirit.
- Toppings bar 🥬🧅🧀🌶️—a rainbow of flavor and free will.
- Fold with care, stack with joy, and bless each one before it leaves your hands. Because when YOU cook, He moves.
🍽️ Step 3: Serving Ideas—Salsa + Scripture + Smiles
💡 Fold tacos in parchment or paper boats. Add a napkin and a smile.🌮📖
💡 Optional: Cut in half for easy sharing or wrap in foil to-go.
