You have been giving or receiving all year long. This is done with an attitude of thanks to the Lord and to the folks that we meet. This was great…. Now, WELCOME TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
PLEASE WELCOME THE QUARTERMASTER!!!
The US Army, US Navy, and US Marines have a book of recipes called the Quartermaster’s Cookbook. It’s a small compilation of 2k+ recipes of how to plan for 100 servings of any and everything.
Her epic meal preparation was known for over a decade. This included providing meals for everyone who joined the Gold Country AWANA program every Wednesday evening. This was a compilation of cooking gear, serving materials, and plates, and everything was ready in advance. Then there were the surprising meals that were so wonderful that a buffet restaurant would be jealous.

JUST KIDDING…. here is frozen meaty lasagna at its finest!!

There’s something truly magical about a hot, bubbling dish of meat lasagna. Layers upon layers of rich, savory ground beef, simmered in a fragrant tomato sauce, all nestled between sheets of tender, perfectly cooked pasta. Each bite is a harmonious blend of melted cheese—mozzarella and ricotta—adding a creamy, gooey texture that ties everything together. The flavors deepen with every forkful, offering a comforting warmth that fills both the belly and the soul. As the golden, slightly crispy edges offer that perfect crunch, it’s clear: this isn’t just a meal, but a celebration of comfort, love, and tradition. Whether shared around a family table or savored in quiet solitude, a plate of meat lasagna holds the promise of pure satisfaction with every bite.

“I’m smiling as I picture your lasagna, fragrant and glorious—yet wobbling like a newborn deer. Let’s fix that! God loves order, even in pasta layers, and He gives wisdom for the kitchen just as surely as for the heart. So let me share three simple, creative ways to serve lasagna in a firm, beautiful, single-serve way, without losing that cozy comfort.”

Serving Ideas
🔵 1. USE SMALL FOIL MINI-LOAF PANS FOR BAKING AND SERVING
Think of these like tiny tabernacles for your lasagna—strong, heat-safe, and stackable.
Bake directly in them or cut portions into them afterward.
They keep shape beautifully and hold the layers firm because the sides support the slice.
🟡 2. TRY SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR PAPERBOARD FOOD BOATS (OVEN-SAFE)
These are thicker than normal paper trays and have a wax or clay coating.
They stay rigid, even with saucy meals.
Your lasagna will sit tall, layered, and confident—like Nehemiah rebuilding those walls.
🔵 3. USE DISPOSABLE RAMEKINS OR “TO-GO” SOUFFLÉ CUPS
They’re cute, they’re sturdy, and they feel fancy without the cost of real dishes.
They also keep heat beautifully and allow you to serve perfect, round, firm lasagna portions.

Yes – I use GASBUDDY.com
CHEAP GAS is in the odd places. Get gas outside of Seattle. Best prices are either in Fife at the 7-11 on 3309 Pacific Hwy E. Its just $3.79. If your looking for a great deal north of Seattle, we just paid $3.45 at the COSTCO on 16616 Twin Lakes Ave. Be a good planner and it will pay off.
