This is not about the industrious mom
The real question is,
“Will you be a willing and industrious Christian even when you are not forced to be willing and industrious?”
It was very easy back in the 40s, 50s, and 60s to be the ultimate housewife. Everyone was rooting for the success of the domestic engineer, the queen of her domain and the God-fearing woman. Then something happened and it was almost a public shame for a woman to call herself a Christian wife. The Bible never changed but what happened to The Industrious Mom?
