COOKING FOR 100
The US Army, US Navy and the US Marines have a book of recipes called the Quartermaster’s Cookbook. It’s a small compilation of 2k+ recipes of how to plan for a 100 servings of any and everything.
Mrs. Loos the AWANA QUARTERMASTER for many years
Her epic meal preparation was known for over a decade. This included providing meals for everyone who joined the Gold Country AWANA program every Wednesday evening. This was a compilation of cooking gear, serving materials, plates and everything were ready in advance. Then there were the surprising meals that were so wonderful, that a buffet restaurant would be jealous.
Our version was the ULTIMATE COWBOY OMELETTE. We added sausage and bacon. We did 70 servings on the sidewalk of the inner city and we repeated that blessing for a men’s prayer breakfast. The pastor asked, “Are you sure that you made enough for the entire group of men?” WE HAD LEFTOVERS! It was very, very hearty!!!
Did you know that (1) ENTIRE chapter of John Chapter 2 can be folded into a business card shape and size.
