Welcome to Your Community Resource Page. As a Seattle Resource Chaplain – my goal has always been to provide for the needs of my neighbors in Seattle. Mrs. Alice and I have been focused on the exact area that we live and help.

I love drive-thru fast food.

BUT… I hate 1-hour-old soggy tacos. I go from glorious hope of that crispy crunch to the extreme disappointment of mush covered with warm lettuce and slimy cheese. My best meal turns into my biggest complaint.
We create foods for many people traveling through the inner city. They too are optimistic and they too know the disappointment. The solution is one step more in the preparation process.
Separate portion containers.

We know that the hot sauce or barbecue sauce always comes in a separate packet. Now with the event of GrubHub, we have a new dimension of fast food. The meat is in a separate portion cup. The lettuce is separate and the cheese is separate. The shell is packaged nicely.
You have a DIY meal.

Now with your DIY campsite small portions assembled, you have a crisp tortilla, crisp lettuce, zesty cheese and perfectly ready salsa. You like it; they like it; we like it!
Food for thought: Sauce Makes Soggy

Salad – put the dressing separate. Place lettuce in a dry paper towel.
Paper Towel Keeps Dry and is useful!
Wet stuff goes on the side, not inside.
