Welcome to Your Community Resource Page. As a Seattle Resource Chaplain – my goal has always been to provide for the needs of my neighbors in Seattle. Mrs. Alice and I have been focused on the exact area that we live and help.

One more tribute to a king. Elvis Presley Bacon encrusted Maple donuts.
It comes around every January the 8th that every donut shop will place crispy bacon on top of one of their donuts in honor of Elvis Presley’s birthday on January the 8th. Now it’s the end of the month and I still love bacon. Every kind of bacon whether it is salty sweets, thick smokehouse, softer crispy is a delight to my taste buds.
I cook for my friends who live on the sidewalk and I don’t have bacon all the time. One time we were over-blessed with 45 lbs. of bacon at one time. I did not hold back. I shared every delicious strip of goodness everyone in every way.

What do you do when you don’t have bacon? I have found that cheap trunks of ham, when fried up a little, taste and work exactly like chips of bacon. On this Monday morning, I fried up some chips of ham and put them on top of my grits. Alice added a little bit of water and fried hers more so. It gave a flavor of teriyaki ham, just by adding a dash of water. Interesting.
God gives us great tools for the ministry. The boy had five loaves and two fishes, and we have ham instead of bacon, today.

Now. What is the most important thing to do? Share the Good News of God’s Word with a spiritually starving world around me and you. If I hold back food from the physically hungry, I’m a jerk. If I hold back the words of eternal life from those who have not yet believed, I am just as awful.
On the positive side, imagine sharing God’s Word so that they will have eternal life springing up from them! Better than food, it’s Salvation. Coupled with food, it’s the full meal deal!

May God bless you as you tell God what your needs are and then He will lead other to help you in your daily life. If I can answer any questions about these resource bulletins, please call me.
In Christ’s Care,
Chaplain Aaron & Mrs. Alice
