Book of Acts - Sunday Morning with Chaplain Aaron

Acts 5:12-42 – Teaching Even Through Conflict

The Apostles and the new church body already understood that they taught New Testament lifestyle doctrine. They taught was Jesus taught. Now, Peter and John got thrown into jail once for teaching about Jesus. Before their day was over, they would be arrested, beaten and told to stop teaching in Jesus’ name. Yet, they would obey God and continue Teaching Even Through Conflict.

We learn and read the Bible every day. Others might get convicted of their rejection of Christ and begin verbally attacking. Our response must be like Jesus himself
“…Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you” Matthew 5:44
Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” Luke 23:34

Perhaps your kindness will be the testimony that leads a soul to the Cross of Christ

1 Corinthians 11:23-34 Celebrating The Lord’s Supper

We have joined in fellowship and in communion through the gift of Salvation that only comes through Jesus Christ. If you don’t know Jesus as your Saviour and would like to know how to have Salvation…
may I give you a few verses from God’s Word ?
Romans 3:23 – For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
Romans 6:23 – For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 10:9 – That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved!

If you trust what Jesus said, tell God that you understand. Try this prayer… “Dear Father in Heaven, I know I am a sinner and I need to be forgiven. Jesus died for my sins so that I can be forgiven. Please clean my heart and make me a child of your family. I accept your free gift of life now and life eternal.
In Jesus name, AMEN!
WELCOME TO THE FAMILY OF GOD!
Please let us know if you did that today; we want to rejoice with you and pray for you.
