I met Pastor Soto in 2014 when we went with Pastor Joel Byram on a missions trip to Haiti. Pastor Justin has a youthful approach to life and how he brings the Gospel of Christ to all that he meets. You can tell that he is full of really good coffee. “GLORY!” is a great word that you will hear in the middle of his message phrases. Its the best.

about Pastor Justin Soto
Upon graduation, he enrolled in Bible college and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Theology. He met the love of his life, Jennifer Lynn Roy, while in college and they were married during the Summer of 1995. Upon graduation and still just barely in their 20’s, Pastor and Jen returned to his home church to work as the Assistant Pastor. Four years were spent serving at that ministry. In September of 2000, at the young age of twenty-seven, Pastor candidated and accepted the call of a small church in rural Colusa. He spent nearly eleven years pastoring there. July 3, 2011 he submitted his letter of resignation to follow God’s leading of planting a brand new church in Natomas. Three months later, on October 9th the church held her first service.
